I played my first game of "frolf" last night. Joseph coached me all along the way. I used everything I had to try and get it to go just a fraction of the distance as my strapping husband.
Believe me...
I could undoubtedly use a massage on these poor shoulders.

Yes it's frisbee golf. All of a sudden Joseph has taken a huge interest in it and he goes about every other day :)
