Home Means Nevada

Out of no where one day Joseph just decided we were going to surprise everyone and go home.
It was AMAZING.
Amelia was so excited and had been marking off days on the calendar each morning. Then she'd say, "We're going to Nevada!"

Surprising everyone was awesome. The best reaction was definitely my mom. David and Giulia were the only ones from my family that knew we were coming. Everyone in my family (except Preston) were at my Grandparents preparing to drive to Needles, CA to watch some of Preston's basketball games. D&G told them that they had a surprise for them. They had everyone blindfolded in the front room (including my grandparents). We tiptoed in and just stood in the corner of the room. When David told them to remove the blindfolds the reaction was almost indescribable. Lot's of screaming, crying, laughing, jumping, hugging, etc. Hilarious. You know how much Joseph loves playing jokes. Especially on my mom. He was in his element and her reaction didn't disappoint.

We did a lot in the short 2 1/2 weeks we were there. The first week we spent in Henderson. The next week in Panaca/Salt Lake. Then back to Henderson.
Here is an overload of just some of the pictures from our eventful few weeks.

My parents first picture with both of their grand-kids. They aren't proud at all...

We hadn't been home in  7 whole months. Surprisingly it hadn't felt like it had been that long at all, but it was so wonderful to see everyone.
