This lucky little girl got to celebrate her birthday several times. We had a little party at home for her a few days before her actual birthday. (That way we wouldn't have to haul her gifts with us into the city during the week.)
Then on her big day, we got out and discovered some new things around the city. One of the places we hit up was the Natural History Museum. She loved the huge elephants! Please ignore the crazy hair on the subway pic. That's what happens to curls after a nap and being in the hot humid subway for too long.
Then when Daddy got home from work he surprised her by busting in the hotel room, candles a blazing, singing Happy Birthday and presented her with some yummy cupcakes. She was so excited.
